Summer Food Truck

While Shultz Cafe will be closed during the summer, Restaurant Associates will be running the Campus Dining Food Truck!

The food truck will be located just outside of Corwin Hall on Shapiro Walk.

Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

• All day snacks and beverages
• Pastries and breakfast sandwiches available 8–10:30 a.m.
• Salads, sandwiches, grill items, and weekly action station available 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

Shultz Cafe features a daily hot foods bar, highlighting dishes inspired by global menus and ingredients.

Beginning Monday, January 30, Shultz Cafe will be serving an updated menu inspired by global cuisines, in support of SPIA’s strategic pillars:

• Internationalization
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Community Building
