Campus Dining has several options for groups to dine on campus.
Forbes College dining hall is available for groups dining in the dining halls. It is located in one of our residential colleges on Alexander Street. The price per person for lunch is $TBd per person. (payable by check on the day of your visit) Forbes dining hall is an all you can eat type atmosphere which include a salad bar, grill station, hot food line, pizza, deli station, and assorted ice cream along with desserts. Lunch is served at Forbes from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. If your group is made up of more than 35 people you will have to enter the dining hall in 2 groups as the area where the food is served can get crowded.
To dine in Forbes College dining hall visiting groups must meet the following criteria.
- Have a scheduled Orange Key Tour; A copy of your Orange Key Tour confirmation e-mail from Admissions will be required.
- Liability Insurance- Princeton University requires proof of liability Insurance. The document must be completed and emailed to Campus Dining by your insurance carrier at least 2 weeks before your visit.
- Your organization’s tax exempt form with number.
- Confirmation that your group is made up of high school students and chaperones. Groups made up of younger students may eat at Frist Campus Center or consider options 2 through 5.
- Your group must be from a high school; college tour company groups may eat at
Frist Campus Center or consider options 2 through 5.
- Your group is made up less than 55 people.
Dining in Forbes College dining hall is not available on the weekends or on the following dates:

At this time we do not have a reduced lunch rate for groups.
You may bring your group to the Food Gallery at the Frist Campus Center. Frist accepts cash, credit card or check. It is a food court like setting and has many dining options. There is made to order salad, grilled items, pizza, various food bars and sushi, plus ice cream & cookies for dessert. Estimate $10.00 to $12.00 per person depending on what students have for lunch. When you arrive at the Frist Food Gallery please notify a manager on the floor. The manager will designate a register for your group to use for all charges so you can receive one bill to pay by cash, check or credit card. Dining at Frist does not require proof of liability insurance. You may eat at Frist Campus Center at a time of your choosing. Seating is on a first come first served so regardless of when you choose to dine, your group may not be able to sit together.

Your group may order bag lunches priced at $9.75 each and includes a deli sandwich (choice of roast beef, turkey, ham, American or Swiss cheeses), chips or fruit, dessert, and beverage. The bag lunches must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance through email@example.com. You may pay cash, check or credit card for these bag lunches, to be paid in one transaction. The bag lunches would be delivered to Frist Campus Center where your group may eat lunch.
If your tour is before 10 a.m., your group may enjoy a small breakfast buffet in the Frist Campus Center between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. You must pay ahead of your visit by check or credit card. Breakfast will be ready for your group upon your arrive. Arrangements for breakfast at Frist must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

You may order pizza and drinks for lunch from Frist Campus Center and it will be ready when your group arrives. You must pay ahead of your visit by check or credit card. Pizza opens at 11 a.m. Arrangements for pizza at Frist must be made 1 week in advance. You may email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your group is tax exempt, please provide the tax exempt form.

You may order hamburgers and french fries to have ready upon your arrival to Frist Campus Center. Payment ahead of your visit by check or credit card is required. Arrangements for hamburgers at Frist must be made 1 week in advance. You may email your order to email@example.com. If your group is tax exempt, please provide the tax exempt form.
The hamburger package includes 1 hamburger, french fries and fountain soda for $10 per person plus tax if applicable.
Minimum order is 10 hamburgers.

Where to park? Please access campus via Faculty Road to Elm Drive.
Cars may park in the Admission/University Visitors Lot (Lot 23). Buses may proceed to Lot 21 (Faculty Road, past Denunzio Pool) for parking.
