We are committed to partnering with students and the Office of Sustainability to ensure that we operate in earth-friendly ways. 

Sourcing

We make it a priority to purchase local and sustainably-produced food. We want to understand precisely where our ingredients come from, and share that information. We hold several foraging tours throughout the year to introduce students to some of our local vendors.

Wellness and Nutrition

We provide a wide variety of foods and a commitment to whole food. Our menus provide options for a balanced diet based on the principles of moderation and variety.
