Steak Teriyaki

RECIPE NOTES

Preparation Time: 24 hours
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes 4 portions

 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pounds of London broil or steak of your choice

  • 4 oz teriyaki sauce

  • 2 oz Szechuan sauce

  • 1 oz soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp minced ginger root

  •  ¼ cup dark brown sugar

  •  ¼ cup sesame oil

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Pierce steak with a fork or meat tenderizer.

  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk together.

  3. Marinate steak in the sauce for 24 hours.

  4. The next day, grill on medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until desired temperature is reached.

  5. Serve with white or brown rice and steamed edamame.
