With tree branches to light their way, snow people, deer, polar bears and other winter creatures jumped on the Dinky to come see our residential dining halls on Tuesday, December 12 for the annual Holiday dinners. The campus community enjoyed tender prime rib, striped ravioli filled with nutty herbed cheese, seafood Cioppino, handmade steelhead trout cakes, stuffed pork loin and more, all cooked to perfection. Dinners ended on a sweet note with yule log cake, spice cookies decorated with tiny snowflakes and egg nog cheesecake filling the dessert tables.
