Meal Plan Dates

May 19–May 31 Meal Plans

Students living on campus must choose either the May 19–31 Full Meal Plan or any of the block plans.

Students living in Spelman or living off campus and taking part in the University’s testing program may choose any of the meal plans.

June 1–August 1 Meal Plans

Students living on campus must choose either the June 1–August 1 Full Meal Plan, the 40 Block Plan, or the 60 Block Plan.

Students living in Spelman or living off campus and taking part in the University’s testing program may choose any of the meal plans.

August 2–August 27 Meal Plans

Students living on campus must choose either the August 2–August 27 Full Meal Plan, the 20 Block Plan, or the 40 Block Plan.

Students living in Spelman or living off campus and taking part in the University’s testing program may choose any of the meal plans.

Meal Plans

Sign up for the 2021 Summer Meal Plans

Undergraduate students living in campus dormitories, must sign up for a meal plan(s) to cover the duration of their stay. Meal plans must be chosen for each of the time periods in which they are staying.

Undergraduate students living in Spelman or living off campus and taking part in the University’s testing program have the option of selecting any of the meal plans.

Graduate students taking part in the University’s testing program have the option of selecting any of the meal plans.

Meal plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Available to: Students living in Spelman or living off campus and taking part in the University’s testing program.

Paw Points rates

Breakfast: $8/swipe

Brunch/Lunch: $11/swipe

Dinner: $15/swipe

 

Summer Meal Details

  • Whitman Dining Hall will be open daily. All other dining halls including Graduate College and CJL will be closed.
  • One swipe per meal period. No reentry. Guest meals and all other meal programs are unavailable. Students are required to swipe themselves in.
  • Lunch to Go, Guest Meals, Meal Exchange, and all other meal plan programs are not available.
  • Daily menus are available online
  • Meals will be served in take-out containers. Bags will not be available.
  • Limited seating will be available in the dining halls. Available seating is determined in accordance with social distancing guidelines and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Moving furniture is prohibited. If seating is no longer available, food must be taken out.
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times in accordance with the University’s Face Covering Policy. Please apply face covering prior to entering the building.
  • We will continue to evaluate and follow the University’s health and safety policies in the dining halls. If changes are made to the dining program, this page will reflect those updates.

7:30–9:30 a.m.

Lunch

11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Dinner

5–7 p.m.*

*Thursday Summer BBQ dinners will begin on June 10. On these nights, dinner will be from 5-6:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

Brunch

10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Dinner

5–7 p.m.

  • Beginning June 10, there will be a BBQ inspired menu every Thursday, served outside, if weather permits.
