The Lunch to Go program is active on days when classes are in session and when dining in one of the residential dining halls or at Late Lunch is not convenient. The Lunch to Go program is only for students with a meal plan. (the Undergraduate Unlimited, Undergraduate Block 105, Graduate Unlimited, Graduate Block 105, or RGS meal plan.)
The program is available Monday through Friday beginning with lunch on the first day of classes in the fall semester and allows students the option of ordering and picking up a bag lunch at the residential dining halls and select retail locations.
Getting Started
The Lunch to go form will open on August 31, 2024
To order a lunch to go, complete the on-line form and specify a pickup location. Pick up locations include residential colleges open for breakfast, the Food Gallery at Frist Campus Center, Chemistry CaFe, and EQuad Cafe.
The form may be submitted up to 7 days in advance and no later than 5 a.m. on the day for which the lunch is requested.
Pick up your lunch at the location you choose between 7:45 and 10:45 a.m. at the residential dining halls or between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the other locations.
On those days in which a lunch is requested, students will be charged a lunch meal if they use their meal plan for lunch in either a residential college or Late Lunch at the Frist Gallery.
A meal swipe is not required in order to pick up your lunch to go in a residential dining hall.
Restrictions
The Two Extra Meal Program and the Two Meal Conversion Plan cannot be used for Lunch to Go.
Lunch to Go is not available during recess periods, reading periods or exams.
