How to Cook Dried Beans

You can season the beans with salt and pepper or add to any dish that you are preparing such as a snack, salad, or stew.
Preparation Time: 8 Hours or Overnight
Cooking Time: 1 hour
- Soak 1 cup of dried beans in 10 cups of water overnight or for 8 hours.
- Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
- Place in a sauce pan, add 6 cups of water, cook for 1 hour on medium flame, add an additional cup of water if needed.
- Drain, cool, and serve.
