INGREDIENTS

½ lb shredded kale

1 tbsp of sherry vinaigrette

1 apple, diced

1 tbsp dried cranberries

1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
DIRECTIONS

Add kale into a large bowl.

Pour the vinaigrette over the kale and with clean hands, firmly squeeze the vinaigrette and kale together until the leaves break down.

Toss in diced apples, cranberries, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
