Fast Chimichurri

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Wash and rough chop the parsley and cilantro. (Include the stems and all. A lot of flavor is packed into the stems)

  2. In a blender or food processor, place herbs, garlic and olive oil. Pulse into a chunky texture.

  3. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
