Fast Chimichurri

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch parsley

1 bunch cilantro

2 cloves garlic

1 cup olive oil

1 lime, juiced

salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Wash and rough chop the parsley and cilantro. (Include the stems and all. A lot of flavor is packed into the stems)

In a blender or food processor, place herbs, garlic and olive oil. Pulse into a chunky texture.

Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
