Celebrate Black History Month by enjoying authentic recipes from chef and culinary historian Kevin Mitchell. On Thursday, February 20 from 5 to 8 pm the residential dining halls will be serving Sweet Tea Bourbon Braised Short Ribs, Carolina Gold Rice Pilaf, and Duke’s Mayo Cake.
