Our bakeshop consists of five bakers with over 90 years of combined baking experience, along with two delivery drivers and a food service worker.
We pride ourselves on the fact that roughly 80 percent of all bakeshop items are made from scratch right here on campus. Our team starts the day around 2:30 a.m., baking items all morning and afternoon to provide the campus with freshly baked desserts and pastries.
