ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

2½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour
-
2/3 cup cocoa powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp baking powder

2 cups chocolate chips
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325°F.

Combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in medium size bowl and mix by hand using a rubber spatula.

In a separate bowl sift together all of the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder).

Using a rubber spatula carefully fold the dry ingredients into the melted butter mixture until thoroughly mixed.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spread batter evenly into a 9"x13" baking pan that has been lightly coated with a non-stick baking spray.

Bake in oven for 25—30 minutes. Do not over bake.
